Green Street Electric offers electrical contractor services for electrical and solar companies that need dependable support with inspections, service upgrades, and electrical corrections.

I’m Jerome, owner and electrician of Green Street Electric. Over the past 18+ months, I’ve worked directly with AHJ electrical inspectors across Virginia, handling corrections and making the fixes needed when issues arise during inspection.

This service is being designed to help contractors keep projects moving and reduce delays caused by electrical issues.

Green Street’s Goal

My personal goal for Green Street Electric, is to obtain a total of 5-7 electricians as team members, and to specialize in Service Upgrades, Generators Installs, and EV Chargers.

This is the start of Green Street Electric, and our goal is to focus on our services. I have already gained prospects to assist me in providing electrical services and projects.

Services Offered to Contractors

We work directly with contractors to provide:

  • Electrical inspection corrections
  • Service upgrades (meter, panel, and service equipment)
  • Electrical fixes on existing solar systems
  • Electrical prep for solar installations
  • Grounding and bonding corrections
  • EV charger installations
  • Generator installations

We are available as overflow support, and preparatory electrical work.

Experience With Inspections

Inspection issues can slow projects down quickly.

Having worked closely with AHJs across the state, we understand what inspectors typically look for and how to address corrections efficiently so jobs can move forward without repeat inspections.

I carry certifications for ENPHASE, SOLAR EDGE, and have basic knowledge of solar communications troubleshooting. We are willing to take on more certifications.

Estimated Rates for services

INSPECTIONS

INSPECTIONS RUN BETWEEN 550.00 AND 630.00, DEPENDING ON LOCATION.  RICHMOND AND SURROUNDING AREAS, UP TO NOVA AND FAR NOVA JOB SITES.

INSPECTIONS WITH REPAIRS ARE CHARGED TRAVEL FEE BASED ON LOCATION PLUS HOURLY RATES.

130.00 AT JOB SITE ARRIVAL TIME, UNTIL JOB IS REPAIRED.

ESTIMATED LOCATIONS AND COSTS DISPLAYED BELOW:

Service fee to far NOVA is approximately 329.00.

Fredericksburg service fee is approximately 255.00

Hourly rate for services are 130.00.
